Meridian Kung Fu Wickford is a martial arts school located in Wickford, Essex, offering Wing Chun Kung Fu classes for both children and adults. With over 25 years of dedication to the community, Meridian Kung Fu has focused on building confidence and martial arts skills.
For kids aged 3-17, they offer beginner classes that help develop essential life skills and boost self-confidence. These sessions aim to give young martial artists the tools they need to excel both in and out of the dojo.
Adults of all levels are welcome too. Meridian Kung Fu Wickford provides beginner classes for Wing Chun, helping to build confidence, improve health, and offer self-defence skills.
For those looking to go further, there are elite classes focusing on advanced training and weapons for both adults and kids. These are ideal for anyone wanting to become an expert in Wing Chun.
Part of the larger Meridian Kung Fu family, based in Southend/Westcliff, the school offers classes for all ages starting from 5 years old, with no upper age limit. Wing Chun caters to all fitness levels, making it accessible to everyone keen on trying martial arts.

The school is led by Master Sata Chand, co-founder of Meridian Kung Fu UK. With decades of experience since starting his martial arts journey in the mid-seventies, Master Chand brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Head Instructor and Technical Director. He has successfully run several classes and continues to share his expertise with students globally.
