Meridian Gymnastics Club, located in Beverley, is a registered British Gymnastics club that offers children of all ages and abilities the opportunity to participate in gymnastics at both recreational and competitive levels. The club aims to create a supportive and friendly environment where gymnasts can have fun while learning and developing their skills.

All the coaches and staff at Meridian Gymnastics are enhanced DBS checked and sessions are taught by qualified and insured coaches, ensuring that parents and carers can have peace of mind knowing that their children are in a safe and child-friendly club.

There are ten reasons to start gymnastics at Meridian Gymnastics Club. First and foremost, it's fun! Gymnastics also develops strength, flexibility, and coordination. It teaches listening skills and helps children gain self-esteem and confidence.

Meridian Gymnastics offers a variety of classes. Recreational classes, available for both girls and boys of all ages, introduce basic gymnastic skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampette. These classes aim to develop talents and build courage and self-confidence. Intermediate/Competition classes are for gymnasts who have moved on from recreational classes and show potential and commitment to training more hours.

These classes require proper club attire.

For gymnasts who are dedicated to achieving their potential and competing, there are competition squads. These squads provide a competitive route for gymnasts with the physical and mental capabilities to perform within this environment. The training regimes are more comprehensive and require a significant commitment. Gymnasts in competition squads are expected to be prompt for classes in their proper club attire.

All gymnasts at the club will also have the opportunity to perform in the annual club competition.

Meridian Gymnastics also offers Adult Gymnastics Club, which is an excellent way for adults to keep fit, socialise, and develop strength and flexibility. The classes are suitable for all abilities and are open to anyone over 16 years old. Participants will have free access to the entire gym, including the air track, bars, beam, and vault. Coaches are always available to assist participants with mastering new skills.

Whether you are a beginner or an ex-gymnast, there is still lots to learn and enjoy in the adult gymnastics classes.

For toddlers and preschoolers, Meridian Gymnastics offers preschool sessions on Wednesdays from 11 am to 12 pm and Fridays from 2 pm to 3 pm.
