The Instructor programme consists of 6 levels of progression, which are taught to recruits. To obtain Probationary Instructor level, competent achievement of all 6 levels is necessary. Coaching and management skills are taught through monthly 2-hour seminars at the headquarters, under the guidance of experienced Instructor and business mentor Sifu Steve Carpenter. These sessions are supplemented with hands-on training in actual classes once a week, allowing recruits to develop the high level of skill required to become a Meridian Kung Fu (UK) Coach.
The best part? There is no charge for this course! The opportunity to train as a qualified Meridian Kung Fu (UK) Coach is incredible. However, please note that a limited number of new recruits are accepted each year, and strict guidelines must be followed throughout the 4-year programme.
