At Melton Yoga and Pilates, located at Factory 3, 10 Collins Rd. Melton, they provide a welcoming and inclusive space for individuals of all ages and abilities to explore the benefits of yoga and Pilates. The studio is run by Caroline, an experienced and dedicated instructor who is passionate about helping her students achieve overall well-being through these practises.

The studio offers a variety of yoga classes, including beginners yoga, power flow, yin yoga, moon yoga, and guided meditation. Classes are conducted in a non-competitive environment, allowing students to progress at their own pace and listen to their bodies. Each class incorporates breath awareness, relaxation, and meditation, providing a holistic experience that nurtures physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

In addition to yoga, Melton Yoga and Pilates also offers fully equipped Pilates classes. The Pilates studio features a range of equipment, including reformers, mats, jump boards, and suspension training. Pilates classes focus on improving strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment.

Please note that Melton Yoga and Pilates does not currently offer children's or prenatal yoga and Pilates classes. However, well-behaved children aged 12 and above are welcome to attend adult classes accompanied by a parent or guardian.

To ensure the safety and well-being of all students, the studio follows strict COVID safety compliance measures. Although masks are not currently required, students have the option to wear them if they prefer. If students feel unwell or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID, they are advised to stay home and not attend class.
