Dreaming of sailing in Auckland? Alan at Meltemi BeachCats has got you covered! Whether you want to learn or just have a fun day out on the water, Meltemi BeachCats offers lessons and rentals for everyone.
Alan provides 1-on-1 and group lessons for all skill levels, specialising in Hobie cats, known for their stability and versatility. Great for building confidence! There's also laser dinghy sailing if you fancy competitive single-handed yacht sailing. And yeah, the instructors are R.Y.A. trained, so you're in good hands.
Lessons are $70 an hour, but grab a mate, and it's only $65 each. Even better, buy five lessons, and you get the sixth free! That includes all the gear you need.
Already know how to sail? Rent a boat for $65 an hour, with discounts for groups. Boats are pre-rigged and life jackets are included.
