And I had completed my Pilates instructor certification. I knew that I wanted to share this transformative practise with others and help them find healing and strength in their own bodies.

In 2013, Melody Dean Pilates Studio was born. Located in a beautifully converted Chapel within Hoole, Chester, our studio offers a serene and welcoming environment for students to escape the stresses of daily life and reconnect with themselves. The space is carefully designed to promote a sense of peace and tranquilly, allowing clients to fully immerse themselves in their Pilates practise.

At Melody Dean Pilates Studio, we specialise in helping individuals feel great in both their body and mind. Our classes focus on finding balance and building core strength through the mindful practise of Pilates. We believe that Pilates is accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness level or age, and our experienced instructors are skilled in providing modifications and adapting exercises to suit individual needs.

In addition to traditional Pilates mat classes, we also offer Reformer Pilates. This equipment-based practise is designed to support rehabilitation after injury or surgery, as well as challenge and enhance overall core strength and mobility. Our state-of-the-art Pilates apparatus allows for a versatile training method that is suitable for anyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

We also provide Tai Chi classes, an ancient Chinese practise known for its restorative and stress-reducing benefits. Tai Chi has been found to alleviate conditions such as Fibromyalgia and nerve pain, making it a valuable addition to our holistic approach to wellness.
