Melita Fitness

Chris Sciberras wants to share a note with the sports community about Melita Fitness - this is not your regular bootcamp. Situated in Guildford, these group training sessions are designed with a fun and supportive atmosphere in mind. Women can look forward to working out with others who share similar fitness aspirations.

Classes are intimate, with only 8–12 people, allowing workouts to be customised to individual needs. Each session lasts 45 minutes and is varied to keep things engaging. While there’s a mix of exercises, the key focus is on building strength – expect plenty of squats and lunges.

Melita Fitness offers sessions at Burpham Sutherland Park and Newlands Corner. With over 10 sessions available each week, there’s plenty of flexibility. Options range from early morning to evening, making it convenient for everyone.

Membership is straightforward. For £59 per month, you get unlimited classes with no joining fees or minimum terms. If you prefer a once-a-week routine, there’s a £40 per month option for up to five sessions.

Chris emphasises building confidence and health through fun and hard work. The Melita community ensures no one feels alone in their fitness journey, fostering friendships and supporting each other. Beyond the gym, there are social events and retreats to strengthen these bonds.
