With over 15 years of experience working with promising and established athletes from various sporting backgrounds, our coaches have the expertise and knowledge to help you reach your full sporting potential.
Our strength and conditioning coaches are Masters Qualified in their field and have worked with athletes at State and National levels. They have experience in working with athletes in sports such as basketball, AFLW/VFLW football, rugby league, cycling, VFL, VNL, NAB League, and even professional boxing. Whatever your sport may be, our coaches have the skills to tailor a training programme to suit your specific needs and goals.
At Melbourne Athletic, we take a holistic approach towards athletic development. Our coaches work closely with your physiotherapist to ensure that your foundational strength is continuously built, preventing injuries and helping you recover from existing ones. We also offer nutrition guidance, working closely with you to develop a nutritional plan tailored to your training and goals.
Our facilities are top-notch, featuring a brand new high-performance space specifically catered to athletes. We use state-of-the-art software, including Force Decks and Timing Gates, which are commonly found in elite performance facilities in the AFL/NRL and abroad. With these tools, we are able to conduct comprehensive testing to assess your performance and track your progress.
Melbourne Athletic has a proven track record of success, having helped a total of 147 athletes and clients. We have worked with 22 state/national league representatives and have collaborated with 23 clubs, teams, and organisations. Our coaches have written 341 strength and rehabilitation programmes, showcasing their dedication to providing individualised training plans for every athlete.

Conveniently located at 22 Concorde Crescent, Werribee, Victoria, our gym is easily accessible. You can reach us by phone at any time, and our opening hours are from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturdays from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.
