Coach Sean Williams will be there to guide you every step of the way. You will have the chance to have a one-on-one session with him, as well as engaging in group runs and small cross-training or strength sessions. The training will be held on the breathtaking Edithvale trails and grass track, allowing you to truly immerse yourself in nature while pushing your limits.
To ensure that you get the most out of your experience, a training program planning session with Coach Sean is also included. This will help tailor the training to your specific needs and goals, ensuring that you make progress during your time at the camp.

Now, let's talk about the cost. The camp is priced at $170 per night, which includes all the fantastic amenities and services mentioned earlier. However, for those who have been with SWEAT SYDNEY or MELBOURNE PACK for a minimum of 3 months, there's an even better deal. You will only need to pay $130 per night, allowing you to save some extra cash while still enjoying the full camp experience.

During your stay, you will be accommodated in a cosy house that is conveniently located near Edithvale beach and surrounded by some of the best running trails in Australia. The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Breakfast and lunch will be provided, and for dinner, you can expect a home-cooked meal, catering, or the option to dine out. If you prefer to cook your own meals, the kitchen facilities are also at your disposal.
