Join the Qigong class on Tuesdays from 18:00 to 18:45, starting on 9th January for £120. There's also a beginners' class combining Tai Chi and Qigong from 19:00 to 20:15, priced at £132. For the ultimate experience, take both classes for £228.

Mei Quan Tai Chi – Putney focuses on Traditional Yang-Style Tai Chi, taught since 1992. The school caters to all levels, from foundational techniques to advanced applications, including Push Hands and Applications. Classes feature warm-up and conditioning exercises, Tai Chi Form, Qigong, and partner work. Beginners focus on the Beijing 24-Step Short Form and Qigong exercises from the Eight Pieces of Silk Brocade sequence and 28-Step Qigong set, along with Standing Stake meditation. Partner work includes Sticking, Yielding, and Centring exercises to develop balance and coordination.
