Here's the lowdown: classes run every Thursday, from 18:00 to 19:10 and 19:20 to 20:30, starting 11th January, for 12 weeks. At £132, it's first-come, first-serve, so act fast! At Mei Quan, you'll learn traditional Yang Style Tai Chi, backed by decades of teaching since 1992. From basic moves to advanced techniques like Push Hands, and even cultural and philosophical insights, we cover it all.

We’ve got plenty of resources like videos, podcasts, and training guides exclusively for our students. Expect a mix of warm-ups, Tai Chi forms, Qigong, and partner work in our classes. You'll start off with the Beijing 24-Step Short Form and move up to more advanced forms. Plus, you'll get to practise effective Qigong exercises and partner drills that sharpen your balance and coordination.
