Professional athletes. I offer a holistic approach to rehabilitation, pain management, and training, drawing on my certifications as an Athletic Therapist, Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, Strength Coach, and Steel Mace Flow Coach.

I have a special interest in persistent pain management, stemming from my own experiences with career-ending sports injuries and car accidents. This has led me to focus on helping individuals navigate through their own pain and injury cycles, providing them with the tools and support needed to regain control of their bodies and lives.

My approach to rehabilitation and training is personalized and client-centered, taking into account the unique goals, needs, and challenges of each individual. I believe in empowering my clients to take an active role in their own recovery and well-being, through education, hands-on therapy, and tailored exercise programs.

In addition to my clinical practice, I also engage in academic research, international education programs, and public speaking engagements on topics related to chronic pain assessment and management. I am dedicated to ongoing learning and improvement in order to provide the best possible care to my clients.
