Welcome to Meanwood Boxing Amateur Boxing Club, situated in Leeds and established in 1969. As an England Boxing Affiliated Club, we have met strict guidelines, undergone quality inspections, and implemented controls to ensure the highest standards for our members.

Our gym is designed to accommodate individuals of all ages and abilities, offering a welcoming and inclusive environment. Training at Meanwood Boxing Club not only improves your boxing technique but also enhances self-defence skills, hand-eye coordination, confidence, strength, speed, athletic prowess, and nerve and endurance. Additionally, our club fosters teamwork and camaraderie among our members.

Scientific research has proven that boxing is one of the best sports for getting into shape and improving overall health. Engaging in boxing workouts at our club contributes to cardiovascular health, total body strength, increased reflexes and reaction times, and decreased stress levels.

Meanwood Boxing Amateur Boxing Club is a non-profit organisation run by dedicated volunteers. We strive to make the sport of boxing accessible to all who wish to try it.
