Welcome to Meadowlands Night Fishing, Coventry's premier fishery located in Ryton on the outskirts of Coventry. Meadowlands consists of two lakes, Lambsdown and Warren. Lambsdown is the biggest lake with 72 pegs and spans from 4 to 14 feet in depth. It is known for its fantastic carp fishing during the summer and bream fishing during the winter. Warren is the smaller lake with 36 pegs and is 4 feet deep all over. It is perfect for club matches and offers great carp and bream fishing.
The fishery offers pleasure fishing at £11 per peg and 24-hour tickets at £20 for 2 rods. Matches are also available at £11 per peg, with a minimum of 16 anglers for Warren and a minimum of 54 anglers for Lambsdown. Meadowlands is a runs water fishery with a variety of doubles and some 20-pound fish.
All night anglers must be members for security purposes. Bait boats and spodding are allowed, and there are no specific rig rules except for using barbless hooks. The fishery recommends feeding heavily and accurately, using fishery pellets, particles, or boilies. Don't forget to fish your margins, as they come alive in the evenings.

It was later taken over by Dean Young and his consortium in 2000 and is now operated by three friends, Mick and Tim Bull, and Nigel Harrhy, who collectively have over 30 years of fishing experience and have participated in prestigious fishing matches across the country.
