Initially offering sports massage treatments, thermal imaging, and class 3b laser therapy to a large client base in the Midlands, Meadowbrook quickly became known for their excellence in equine therapy and rehabilitation. In 2016, Meadowbrook expanded to include a 15-box rehabilitation yard in Derbyshire, catering primarily to racehorses. Then, in 2020, Alison Gregg joined the team as an equine therapist, bringing over 30 years of experience to the business. Alison also became the Principle Tutor of the Meadowbrook Academy.

The Meadowbrook team believes in a holistic approach to equine therapy. They aim to help their clients truly understand equine anatomy and improve a horse's way of going by understanding the connexions of the entire system. They are not just interested in treating symptoms but in finding the root cause of any issues and working toward long-term solutions.
