His coaching specialities include body recomposition, weight loss, bodybuilding preparation, and catering to male or female NDIS clients.
McCullochs Fitness offers a variety of personalised coaching services designed to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. For those who prefer online coaching, we provide custom training programmes, personalised nutrition plans or macros, weekly check-ins via loom video, 24/7 support, spread tracking sheets, and technique feedback. Additionally, our online coaching package includes one 30-minute face-to-face session per week.
