The adult memberships can be paid through monthly direct debit, allowing full access without being tied into lengthy contracts. Located at 23 The Crescent, Plymouth, McCaulay's Gym is open from Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 21:00, and on weekends from 08:00 to 16:00. For the convenience of their members, they also have another location in Ivybridge, along with a golf club. The Ivybridge Gym and Dinnaton Golf Club are open from Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 22:00, and on weekends from 07:00 to 19:00.
