When it comes to rehabilitation, our dedicated team focuses on improving, maintaining, or restoring physical strength, cognition, and mobility. Our rehabilitation services are designed to help individuals regain their independence after illness, injury, or surgery. We provide indoor and outdoor recovery training, injury prevention screenings, as well as sport-specific and job and lifestyle return to fitness programmes.
At Maxwell Physio Rehab & Fitness, we also emphasise the importance of physical fitness as a foundation for overall health and wellbeing. Our fitness services aim to help individuals achieve their fitness goals, whether it's through personal training, circuit training, or nutritional advice. We believe that a combination of proper nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical exercise, and sufficient rest is essential for achieving and maintaining physical fitness.
Our general treatments are priced at 45 for a 1-hour session, except shockwave therapy, which is priced at 55 for a 1-hour session.
