Michelle, one of the coaches at Maxwell Coaching, is an experienced endurance runner with over 35 years of competition experience. She has represented her county in cross-country, track, and road events, and has achieved podium positions in ultra running events ranging from 50k to 100 miles. As a mother of three elite triathletes, Michelle understands the challenges of balancing family life with training. She holds qualifications as a UKA Event Group Endurance Running Coach (Performance Coach) and a UESCA Ultra Running Coach.
Chris, another coach at Maxwell Coaching, has a background in endurance running and triathlon. He has achieved fast road and track personal bests and has competed in triathlons at the GB age-group and Ironman levels. Chris has 15 years of coaching experience, working with triathletes of all levels, including children, novices, and experienced international/age group athletes. He holds qualifications as a British Triathlon Level 3 Coach and a UKA Level 2 Running and Athletics Coach.
Chris is supported by assistant coach Jason, who is an experienced Ironman and ultra runner and holds a BTF Level 2 coaching qualification.
