An ex-Kiwi, Paula returned to New Zealand after training in Melbourne at National Pilates Training. She holds a Diploma of Professional Clinical Pilates and received mentorship from one of Australia’s top Pilates trainers, Darren Vizer at Mr. Pilates. She continues to seek his guidance to remain at the top of her game.
