Matthew, your dedicated instructor, has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. With a background in theatre, he first discovered his passion for fitness through Zumba and went on to become a qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates, and Yoga instructor. His diverse background allows him to provide a unique and engaging fitness experience for all participants.
