Welcome to Matter of Fitness! Our fitness center was created with the vision of offering a different gym experience from the usual. Our mission is to provide a more welcoming and family-like environment, where every athlete can train both independently and with a personal trainer, free from stress and overcrowding. The colors that define the world of Matter are white and green, chosen for their symbolic meaning and the message they convey. White perfectly embodies our values: clarity, cleanliness, and transparency. Our locations feature large windows that flood the space with natural light for a more productive workout. Green symbolizes our commitment to the environment, as we embrace a plastic-free philosophy and opt for energy-efficient equipment. Additionally, both of our locations have water and mineral dispensers available for all, promoting the refill system to reduce plastic bottle usage. In addition to traditional memberships and weight room access, we offer personalized training programs and Personal Training sessions. Our gym stands out for its spacious training areas and flexible hours (we open at 6:00 am weekdays), allowing members to work out early in less congested time slots. We understand how a morning workout can boost energy levels and metabolism, enhancing intensity and results.
