Our golf course is open all year round, with free-draining soil that allows for playability within minutes of even the heaviest rainfall. As you play, you'll be surrounded by the picturesque Kaimai Ranges, providing a stunning backdrop to our beautifully maintained fairways and greens.

Membership options are available at Matamata Golf Club, catering to different needs and preferences. Our Full Playing Membership costs $840, while our 9 Hole Membership is priced at $460. Junior Membership is available for $180, and we also offer Silver Membership, Associate Membership, Summer Membership, and Learning Junior Membership, each with their own benefits and pricing. Green fees at Matamata Golf Club are as follows: 18 Holes Non-Affiliated – $50, NZGA Affiliated – $50, Junior (under 18) – $20, Matamata resident – $30, and Members Guest – $30. We also offer 10-hole options with corresponding fees. Cart hire and equipment hire are available at additional charges.
