Masters of Ballet Academy (MOBA) is excited to announce their upcoming Summer Intensive course for aspiring ballet dancers aged 8–19 years old. Led by Artistic Directors Elena Glurjidze and Olga Semenova, this non-residential course will run for one or two weeks from July 22, 2024, to August 3, 2024. The Academy is offering limited places in four classes: Junior, Pre-Senior, Senior & Pre-Professional, providing students with the opportunity to learn from top-notch teachers and ex-professionals with experience performing in prestigious opera houses around the world.
The Summer Intensive will be held at Masters of Ballet Academy's premises at Club des Sports East Acton Lane, London, W3 7HB, with a Final Gala Performance potentially taking place at The Place Theatre in London. The syllabus includes a range of classes such as Ballet, Character, Pas de Deux, Neo-Classical/Contemporary, and Stamina and Conditioning, all led by the talented Elena Glurjidze and Olga Semenova, along with esteemed guest teachers Sara Knight and Resmi Malko.
Elena Glurjidze, a former Principal ballerina at English National Ballet, and Olga Semenova, a highly regarded Character tutor in the UK, founded Masters of Ballet Academy to provide aspiring dancers with world-class training. Resmi Malko, a Principal Dancer with extensive international experience, and Sara Knight, former Soloist and Artistic Director, will also be sharing their wealth of knowledge and expertise during the course.
