Karate and taekwondo training for kids, teens and adults at Master West's Karate Combat and Taekwondo in Garsfontein, Pretoria East. Children follow internationally known Melody Shuman's SKILLZ programme, focused on progress in a safe, enjoyable environment. Teens and adults train in formal and informal taekwondo classes in a comfortable setting, with opportunities to compete at provincial, national and international level.
