Master Nam's Taekwondo (Seaway Mall) teaches taekwondo classes for kids and teens/adults in Welland. Programming includes Little Dragons for ages 4 to 5, child classes for ages 6 to 8, preteen classes for ages 9 to 12, and teen/adult classes for ages 13 and up. The academy also runs a special self-defence class and an Elite Program, with training focused on physical fitness, mindfulness, and character development like respect and discipline.
