Our facility offers a wide range of amenities to cater to all your fitness needs. We have a large array of weightlifting and cardio machines, as well as a ladies-only gym and child minding facilities, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and welcome. For those who enjoy group fitness classes, we offer Les Mills classes, providing a fun and effective way to stay active.
One of the highlights of our gym is the massive functional training area. It's equipped with everything you need to take your fitness to the next level. Whether you're into HIIT workouts, functional training, or circuits, our functional training area will meet your needs.
What sets us apart is that we are a 24-hour gym! We understand that life can be busy, so we offer 24-hour access to our facility. Our manned hours are Monday to Friday from 5am to 7pm, and Saturday from 8am to 11am. On Sundays and public holidays, we are closed, but our members can still access the gym with their 24-hour access.
To enhance your overall experience, we have an in-house café open to the public. Our café serves delicious coffees, freshly squeezed juices, and a wide variety of protein shakes and healthy snacks. With ample seating and on-street dining, it's the perfect place to relax and refuel after your workout.
Don't forget to check out our supplement store located at the front entrance of the gym. We offer a diverse range of high-quality supplements to help you achieve your fitness goals.
