Martina Sharp Sports Massage is a highly qualified and experienced sports massage therapist and personal trainer based in Bedford. Martina holds a Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage from the Oxford School of Sports Massage and is a member of reputable professional organisations such as the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (ISRM), the Sports Massage Association (SMA), and the Chartered Institute for the management of sport and physical activity (CIMSPA).
One of Martina's unique qualifications is being the only RockDoc certified therapist in the Bedford area. She has advanced knowledge in Kinesiology taping for athletes, functional movement taping, joint taping, and strapping techniques using RockTape and TigerTape. Martina also holds the IASTM certification using RockBlades and is affiliated with Pulseroll.
