Our classes include Adults, Cadets, Ladies Only, Beginners/Intermediate, Lil Tigers (ages 3-6), and Mini Kickers (ages 7-12). Each class is carefully designed to provide a balanced combination of physical fitness, self-defence techniques, and mental discipline.

Our classes are based on the best techniques and strategies from various fighting systems. We have taken the time to carefully select and combine these techniques to create an effective fighting system that works in both competitions and real-life situations. Students will learn practical self-defence skills, build strength and endurance, and improve their overall fitness levels.

Our doors are open from Monday to Thursday, offering morning and afternoon classes. On Fridays, we have morning and evening classes, and on Saturdays, we offer morning classes. We are closed on Sundays to allow our students and instructors to rest and recharge.
