Thursday's classes are held at Boxgrove Community Hall Fishbourne Centre, with sessions from 4pm to 5pm and 6pm to 7pm (Martial Arts Classes for Adults and Kids).
On Fridays, there's a class at Dream Fitness, Bognor Regis, from 5pm to 6pm (Martial Arts Class for Adults and Kids).
Saturday's schedule includes a class at Dream Fitness, Bognor Regis, from 11am to 12pm (Martial Arts Class for Adults and Kids), as well as an Adults and Children Mixed class from 1.30pm to 2.30pm at St Giles Church in Shoreham.
