Martial Art Karate Classes for Kids

Join Shotokan Fitness Karate School's Martial Art Karate Classes for Kids at the Porchester Centre, London. Learn amazing Self-defence Techniques from experts with over 24 years of experience in Martial Arts. The classes take place at the Porchester Centre Dojo, located at Porchester Centre, Queensway, w2 5hs.

The timetable for the classes is as follows:

Friday:
- 4.30pm – 5.30pm: White up-to green belt 1 stripe
- 5.30pm – 6.30pm: All the rest of grades

Saturday:
- 2pm – 3pm: White up-to green belt 1 stripe
- 3pm – 4pm: Invitations by Sensei
- 4pm – 5pm: Invitations by Sensei

Sunday:
- 2pm – 3pm: White up-to green belt 1 stripe
- 3pm – 4pm: Invitations by the Sensei
- 4pm – 5pm: Invitations by the Sensei

Please note that all classes may finish up to 5 minutes early to make space for other classes starting after. The timetable may vary slightly depending on the student's ability, and parents are advised to inform their child to stay in the dojo with the Sensei if they run late. It is important to have correct contact details on file.

We offer multiple term options for enrolment, each with different start and finish dates. The fees for each term are as follows:

- 2024 Spring 1: Start – Sat 6 Jan, Finish – Sat 10 Feb, Weeks – 6, Cost – £115.20 – 2024 Spring 2: Start – Fri 16 Feb, Finish – Sat 23 Mar, Weeks – 6, Cost – £115.20 – 2024 Summer 1: Start – Sat 13 Apr, Finish – Sat 1 Jun, Weeks – 8, Cost – £153.60 – 2024 Summer 2: Start – Fri 7 Jun, Finish – Sat 27 Jul, Weeks – 8, Cost – £153.60 – 2024 Autumn 1: Start – Sat 7 Sep, Finish – Sat 26 Oct, Weeks – 8, Cost – £153.60 – 2024 Autumn 2: Start – Fri 1 Nov, Finish – Sat 12 Dec, Weeks – 8, Cost – £153.60

Please note that fees are based on 2 hours per week at £9.60 per hour. Students may attend classes for more than 2 hours per week at no extra cost if classes are available. We also offer family discounts of up to 12% for those in need.

Membership and package details are available upon joining. The yearly license fee for all students is currently £67.50. New students can attend for one week without having to sign up for the term by paying a fee of £19.20. It is recommended to attend the classes in sports clothing such as jogging pants and a t-shirt, but please no shorts. Classes must be booked at least 2 days in advance for the current week. Photography is not allowed, and it is advised to bring water.
