Located in the South East Region of Milton Keynes, Marshall Milton Keynes Athletic Club is an affiliated club to England Athletics and the Buckinghamshire Athletic Association. The club focuses on providing its members with a range of sports and activities, including Track and Field, Road, X-Country, and Fell-race competitions. In addition to this, the club offers recreation, advice, and assistance from qualified coaches, league competitions for all age groups (starting from age 8), and, most importantly, a sense of enjoyment and fun.
The main meeting place for the club is Stantonbury Stadium in Milton Keynes. However, the Fundamentals Group, catering to 8-11 year-olds, has separate meeting locations. During the summer, they meet at Stantonbury Stadium, while in winter, they meet at Radcliffe School in Wolverton. The group meets on Monday evenings, with sessions running from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

Marshall Milton Keynes Athletic Club also organises and participates in various upcoming events. One such event is the Chiltern Cross Country League at Watford on Saturday 13 January 2024. This event includes the MMKAC Club Championships, where the top three athletes in each age category receive medals. The club is currently leading in the overall competition and to maintain this position, they encourage all members who have participated in the Chiltern League before this winter to bring their numbers.

Furthermore, the club is committed to actively participating in the Milton Keynes Festival of Running, taking place on Sunday 17 March 2024. The festival includes races at various distances, including 5 km, 10 km, Half Marathon, and 20 miles. With over 1400 entries so far, the club aims to provide over 100 volunteers to marshal the course and man the feeding stations. Members are urged to reserve this date in their diaries for a day of active participation and support.
