Yes, our Pilates Fundamentals class is suitable for beginners and rehabilitation and runs on Thursday 6.15 - 7.15.

What should I bring and wear for class?

Please wear leggings or similar workout clothing and non slip socks, and bring a non slip exercise mat, water, and a small pillow for support where needed.

How do class bookings and payments work?

Classes run as continuous 6 week courses that must be booked and paid for in advance, with pay as you go also available at £13.
