Marlow School of Dance, located in Marlow, has been inspiring dancers since 1984. Their goal is to help every child reach their full potential by providing quality dance training that instils discipline, poise, and grace. They strongly believe in giving dancers the opportunity to showcase their talent, which is why all students have the chance to perform in their full-scale show and enter for ISTD examinations, as well as perform at local events.
With their excellent exam results, experienced teachers, flexible timetable, and comfortable locations, Marlow School of Dance has a long history of happy students who have attended their school. They offer a variety of classes to cater to different age groups and dance styles.
For 1-4 year olds, they have the Pre-School Ballet class, which offers a safe and nurturing introduction to Ballet. For students aged 4 and up, they have the Modern Theatre Dance class, which encompasses various styles of dance seen in modern theatres, such as jazz, lyrical, street, and contemporary. They also offer Tap Dance, where students learn footwork and rhythm to create exciting variations. Imperial Classical Ballet classes follow the ISTD syllabus, giving students the opportunity to work towards examinations.
The Acrobatic Dance class follows the Acrobatic Arts syllabus from Canada. In the Musical Theatre class, children focus on singing, dancing, and acting. For talented students who take multiple dance styles, there is an Elite Coaching & Festival Team programme.
