Welcome to Marlborough Town Football Club! Located in Marlborough, our first team competes in the Corsham Print Wiltshire Senior League (Division One), while our development team plays in the Swindon & District League.
Football has a rich history in Marlborough, dating back to the 1880s when several clubs played on what is now known as The Common. As demand grew for a dedicated club to represent the town, Marlborough Town Football Club was founded on July 5th, 1904 by William S Bambridge.
In recent years, Marlborough Town has prioritised building a strong relationship with Marlborough Youth. Over the past four years, we have successfully supported over 500 youth players on their journey to adult football. As a result, Elcot Lane has become the proud home of both Marlborough Town Football Club and Marlborough Youth, as we continue to strengthen the bond between the two clubs.
Keep up to date with our upcoming matches and events. Our men's first team will be playing against Bishops Cannings at home on Saturday, January 13th with kick-off at 2:15 PM. On the other hand, our men's development team will face Shield & Dagger at home on Saturday, January 20th with kick-off at 2 PM.
We regularly host events to bring the community together, although there are currently no upcoming events.
