To reach the centre by car, take Route 138 to Les Escoumins in the Cte-Nord region. Look out for brown signage along the road 1 km before reaching the centre. The centre is located 35 km east of Tadoussac.
The facilities and services at the centre include accessible installations, parking for coaches, a dive base, souvenir shop, information centre, belvedere, picnic area with shelters, restrooms, electric vehicle charging station, and more.
For diving enthusiasts, the Quebec Federation of Underwater Activities offers diving activities at the Marine Environment Discovery Centre. Snorkeling and scuba diving are available from early June to mid-October. Nordic snorkeling allows visitors to explore the seabed in search of polar sea stars and other colourful animals and plants. Initiation to scuba diving and scuba diving experiences are also offered.
