What kind of fishing do you offer?

We are a privately owned and run coarse fishery with four fishing waters. Our waters are well established, mature, and heavily stocked with fish in prime condition.

How is the fishing set up when I visit?

You can fish from 10 to 30 pegs around the waters. The fish range from 1lb to double figures and includes multiple species.

Manor House Fisheries | Fishing in Preston

Must park their vehicles in the designated car parks and not on the grass or blocking any pathways. No vehicles are allowed on the pegs.

No keep nets are allowed on any of our waters except for authorised matches. All fish must be returned to the water immediately after being caught.

No bait boats or drones are allowed to be used on any of our waters.

No fires are allowed on the premises.

No littering is allowed. All rubbish must be taken away with you or disposed of in the bins provided.

No swimming is allowed in any of the waters.

No dogs are allowed on the fishery unless they are registered assistance dogs.

No alcohol or drugs are allowed on the premises.

No unauthorised fishing in any of the waters.

We follow the close season rules set out by the Environment Agency.

The fishery also boasts a friendly atmosphere, with staff and fellow anglers always willing to lend a hand or offer advice.
