MANIAX is proudly affiliated with the International Axe Throwing Federation (IATF), allowing league members to throw axes on the same stage as some of the best axe throwers in the world.

Throughout the season, MANIAX League holds theme nights that are bundles of fun, such as Vikings, Pirates, and even a combination of 'Gothics and Hawaiian Tropics'. Join a MANIAX League at various locations and enjoy 8 weeks of round-robin play and a finals night with a double-elimination tournament. The league is a fun and social event where you can join on your own or with a group of friends. The cost is $230 per person, but if you choose to throw on two nights, it's cheaper. MANIAX even offers a payment plan of $57.50 per fortnight.
MANIAX has a general dress code that allows you to wear whatever you'd like, as long as you have enclosed shoes. In the final week of each season, league members wear a flannelette shirt in their designated state league colour. MANIAX also offers a newly designed league t-shirt for purchase.
You don't need to have your own axe initially, as there are timber hatchets available for communal use at each venue. However, once you figure out which type of axe you want to compete with, you can purchase your own IATF compliant timber handled throwing axe.
