MAMA & ME studio by C Shaw Wellbeing

MAMA & ME studio by C Shaw Wellbeing is a Pilates studio and wellness centre located in Thornton-Cleveleys. The studio offers a wide range of services for both children and adults, including 1-2-1 training and group fitness classes such as Pilates, Zumba, Baby Bootcamp, Baby & Ballates, and Dance Gems, among many others.

In addition to fitness classes, MAMA & ME studio also provides various workshops and consultations. They offer new mama consultations to support mothers during the postnatal period, as well as pamper and play sessions where mothers can enjoy a nail file and polish while their children play. The studio also offers GP referral and low back pain recovery programmes, nutrition and weight management advice, and even hen parties and wedding dance choreography.

The studio is owned and run by Gemma, who has over 22 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Gemma is highly qualified, with a range of certifications including exercise 2 music instructor, kids fitness instructor, aqua fitness instructor, gym instructor, Zumba instructor (including various specialisations), Zumbini instructor, personal trainer, pre and postnatal fitness specialist, exercise referral specialist, pilates teacher, lower back pain specialist, and nutrition and weight management advisor.

Gemma's passion for the human body and dance has driven her to create a family wellness studio that caters to the needs of busy mums. She understands the barriers that many people face when it comes to keeping fit and has designed MAMA & ME studio to address some of these challenges. The studio offers a calm, private, and friendly environment where children are welcome and can join their parents during exercise sessions. The studio features a dedicated kids play area, sensory corner, and baby beds and mats to ensure that all family members are comfortable and included.

MAMA & ME studio also offers studio hire for those looking to host their own fitness classes or events. Additionally, the studio provides various gift packages, private PT packages, and class block vouchers, making it easy for members to give the gift of health to their loved ones.
