Teens, juniors, and grown-ups, there’s something for you too! Whether you’re a competent swimmer aged 10-16, looking to train as a rookie lifeguard, or an adult wanting to improve from scratch or join a serious squad, there’s a spot for you.
The awards you'll earn are backed by Swim England and the Rookie Lifeguard Award Scheme. The focus is on building confidence, improving stroke techniques, boosting endurance, and learning water safety – all this in a fun, relaxed setting.
Safety's a big deal for Millie and her crew. Every instructor is DBS checked and trained in child protection, so you know you’re in good hands.
