Whether you have previous training or boxing experience and are looking to polish your skills or are a complete beginner, Matthew will provide the guidance necessary to help you reach your personal goals. Andy Jones, another instructor at the gym, is a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach specialising in boxing. He has worked with numerous professional boxers and top-ranking amateurs.
Additionally, Andy is a Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer specialising in health, movement, and performance goals for individuals aged 30 to 50.
Magic Hatton Boxing & Fitness offers a variety of programmes to suit individual needs. One notable programme is the Fighting Fit Camp, an 8-week intensive training course designed for men and women of all levels, from novice to boxing enthusiasts. Participants in this course will learn the technical skills of boxing, shed excess fat, and become fitter and stronger. Led by professional Boxing Coach Matthew Hatton and strength and conditioning coach Andy Jones, this course consists of three training sessions per week, held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
