At M. A Fitness Club, we offer a comprehensive agility, speed, and strength program designed to help young athletes improve their performance in any sport. Our classes focus on proper running form, jumping and landing mechanics, speed and agility training, and basic strength training. Children ages 8-16 can attend classes 1–4 times per week, year-round.
In addition to physical fitness, M. A Fitness Club is committed to developing the mental and cognitive skills of young athletes. We combine body weight training, coordination, and agility exercises with activities that stimulate cognitive memory, processing speed, reaction time, focus, and attention. Our goal is to build confidence, increase cognitive development, and improve physical and mental focus in a fun and interactive environment.
Our team at M. A Fitness Club understands the importance of dedication, motivation, and discipline in achieving athletic goals. We create personalized fitness plans for each individual, work with them to stay on track, and provide the support and encouragement needed to reach their milestones.
