mFit 247 is a boutique 24 hour gym & fitness facility that has some unique training equipment & styles. We have combined our favourite training pieces & exercises creating a place that has the best of your traditional gym & that of a cross fit style gym.

While being a boutique gym, we truly cater for all gym goers, so whether your a hard core gym enthusiast or a part-time gym goer, we have something for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

mFit’s inspiration stems from our owner who required specific high quality equipment, to develop all over strength & endurance, but still maintaining high levels of cardio fitness. But with their busy schedule meant making scheduled times at a crossfit gym impossible & going to a traditional 24 hour gym where the equipment just didn’t cover the entire needs of their training schedule. This left our owner disappointed with the options available for them in the current gym market place.

Our friendly & highly experienced staff make mFit more than your average 24 hour gym, giving you guidance & knowledge when required, but allowing you the freedom to follow your own fitness programme or simply plug into some of our designer programmes.
