Join Pole Twisters for the LYRA HOOP WORKSHOP with the fantastic instructor @kendra4poletwisters on Sunday, 2nd June 2024 at 3 pm. The workshop is priced at £25 per person for 90 minutes, with discounts available for members and instructors.
This interactive workshop will focus on exploring various poses and shapes on the Lyra hoop, a hoop attachment on a freestanding pole podium. Participants will have the chance to learn simple shapes and progress to more advanced ones, suitable for all levels including beginners, although some strength is required.
