Luton Town Bowling Club, forward-thinking and imaginative, was among the first in Bedfordshire to adopt coloured shirts instead of traditional white. They were also the first outdoor bowling club in the county to set up a website, showing their commitment to modern technology.

Notable member Rollie Cawdell has been with the club for over forty-five years. Rollie has a rich history in the sport, representing Bedfordshire in many competitions and playing a significant role as the non-playing Middleton Cup Captain/Team Manager. For his Presidential year for Bowls Bedfordshire, Rollie has chosen Keech Hospice Care as his charity for 2023, reflecting the club's community support.
Luton Town Bowling Club has received a grant from Luton Rising, the owner of London Luton Airport, to level the bowling green and purchase new equipment. This grant will improve the playing experience for members and visitors from across the three counties for years to come.
