We offer a range of services to cater to the diverse needs and goals of our members. Our Female Only Studio is designed to create a safe and comfortable space for women to transform their bodies through strength, fitness, and fat loss. We specialise in transformations for women over the age of 40 and welcome women of all ages and fitness levels. It's never too late to start your fitness journey, and we work with members during perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause, recognising the unique benefits of incorporating strength training during this phase of a woman's life.
Our commitment to ongoing support sets us apart. Our female expert coaches and trainers are always available to support our members on their fitness journey. We have an exclusive LPF Training Facebook Group where members can connect and receive regular check-ins. Additionally, we provide recipes and challenges for some memberships through our LPF App.
