Short on time? Try the 35-minute ViPR (Vitality Performance and Reconditioning) classes. Quick, intense, and all fitness levels welcome. Just remember your towel and water!

Join in on the live Zoom classes using any web browser or the Zoom app. Booking ahead is smart, as spaces are limited. If you need to cancel, make sure you give 24 hours' notice to get a credit or refund.
