Lovetri Ltd is a personal training company located in Berkhamsted, New Zealand. Headed by Paul Gardner, Lovetri is passionate about triathlon and is dedicated to helping athletes excel in their sport. The team at Lovetri believes that with the right training and mindset, athletes can achieve their full potential and surpass their goals.

At Lovetri, the focus is always on the athlete. The trainers understand that each athlete is unique and has different goals. Therefore, their approach is tailored to the individual, ensuring that they make the most of their abilities and realise that they are capable of more than they may think.

Lovetri works with self-motivated athletes of all ages and abilities, from sprint to Ironman distance. Their athletes range from as young as 17 to as old as 67. Regardless of their achievements, Lovetri never forgets their humble beginnings and remains committed to helping athletes reach their full potential.

The approach at Lovetri is athlete-centric, meaning that everything is tailored to the individual's goals and fitness level using the latest research and methodologies. The trainers at Lovetri are highly qualified, with certifications such as IronMan Certified Coach, Training Peaks Level II, England Athletics, and BTF Level II including Open Water. They also utilise the Swim Smooth Methodology and Run School to further enhance their coaching effectiveness.

Lovetri firmly believes in the value of data-driven training. They measure various metrics such as power, pace, heart rate, and CSS swim protocols using state-of-the-art training software called Training Peaks. By tracking and analysing this data, they are able to identify areas for improvement and tailor training programmes accordingly.

Lovetri is distance-agnostic when it comes to coaching. They provide coaching services for sprint to Ironman distances, utilising scientific principles and common sense appropriate to each distance. In addition, they specialise in pure swim and run coaching, catering to distances from 5k to Ultra races.
