This is a mixed genre dance class, where each week the students will rotate through the styles of jazz, pom and hip hop dances. Working on technical skills, turns, jumps, freezes, lifts, tricks and choreography for each genre over the term the students will learn the qualities of the different dance styles whilst improving the skills and experiencing multiple styles of dance in the one weekly class.
Fantastic introduction to dance for kids who just love to 'dance' without investing a deal of time and money to be involved in regular dance programs. Coach Annie keeps the sessions fun and engaging while catering for the different abilities and learning speeds of the kids. No uniforms or performances are required, however an optional showcase opportunity will be available to recreational dancers.
