One of Lorraine's specialities is helping women with their health and fitness goals. She offers training in areas such as women's health and fitness, strength and conditioning, beginners in the gym, training with kettlebells, hypertrophy (muscle building), accountability, and motivation.

She has also conducted her own 8-week challenges, developed specialised training groups, and led outdoor boot camps in Brisbane. Lorraine finds the fitness industry rewarding because it is always evolving, and she is constantly surrounded by positive individuals who want to make a positive change in their lives.
